Job Summary
CRM II responsible for enhancing client experiences, collaborating with Solutions Architects and Core Service Teams to design aligned solutions, preparing and documenting QBRs with C-level clients, and translating client objectives into actionable items such as tickets, escalations, and quotes. The role requires managing relationships, driving revenue growth through strategic engagements, maintaining professional presence while traveling the sales territory, and applying Sandler selling methodology to achieve consistent outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of relevant experience preferred
- Demonstrable competence in technical and/or client relationship management
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
- Experience supporting clients and vendors with a focus on value creation and retention
