Job Summary
The Client Relationship Manager will oversee a portfolio of medium-complexity or strategic accounts to secure renewals, drive upsells, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, promoting product adoption, and acting as a strategic advisor through health checks and business reviews. You will monitor usage and sentiment, mitigate churn risk, and coordinate internal and client stakeholders to deliver on commitments. You’ll prepare executive-level summaries and travel on-site for consultations and workshops as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in customer success or account management with proven outcomes in growth and retention
- ability to engage with executive-level audiences
- strong communication and facilitation skills
- experience in program/project management
- data-driven account planning including usage analytics and risk management
- familiarity with public sector procurement and K–12 regulations
- ability to influence cross-functional teams and maintain a consultative mindset
- willingness to travel for on-site consultations and workshops
