Job Summary
Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for Group Insurance and Retirement Solutions, responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships, delivering product training and tailored solutions, managing client expectations, collaborating with sales to develop new business, and contributing to service-model improvement. Requires college diploma or bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in group insurance, with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; Lean knowledge and English proficiency expected for daily client interactions in a hybrid Quebec-based role.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in administration, insurance, finance, or another relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in group insurance, in a client service and/or sales environment
- Strong knowledge of processes, contracts, new business, claims, pricing, and administration in group insurance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Autonomy, initiative, and accountability
- Strong understanding of Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizen, DMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate English proficiency for daily communication with unilingual English-speaking clients and partners
