Client Relationship Manager (Funds Management)

Job Summary
Develop and maintain client relationships in funds management; assist with business development activities and revenue targets with existing clients; manage client contractual and commercial arrangements and SLA updates; lead client meetings, prepare follow-up notes, and track outstanding items; liaise with clients on operational issues and escalations; collaborate with operations and other teams across NZ to address client queries; maintain accurate Salesforce account data and support reporting, onboarding, and project work through Client Development and Client Transition teams; contribute to growth opportunities and relationship management efforts; requires 3+ years in client relationship management or business development, advanced Word/Excel, Salesforce CRM, and strong English communication.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a client relationship management or business development related role
- Experience within the financial services/ funds management or similar industry is a must
- Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Strong verbal and written English skills
