Job Summary
Client Relationship Manager for Employee Benefits focused on serving as the primary liaison between insurance carriers and clients. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, evaluating client needs to tailor benefit solutions, leading renewal processes with benchmarking and plan design options, overseeing onboarding and open enrollment, ensuring compliance with ERISA/HIPAA/ACA and related filings, coordinating with carriers/vendors, and delivering high-quality, timely benefits communications and materials. The role emphasizes proactive client communication, cross-functional collaboration, data requirement coordination, and improvement of processes and workflows to support client commitments and a superior, peace-of-mind experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, finance, or related field; professional insurance designation preferred
- Current state License required (Life & Health)
- 2-4+ years of employee benefits and account management experience
