Job Summary
Manage the complete retail sales cycle from initial application to active trader, providing first-class support on account management and platform functionality. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues promptly while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM and ensuring regulatory compliance. Stay informed on financial market trends and CFD/FX landscapes to communicate confidently with clients and drive retention. Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs in this performance-driven environment within a fast-paced trading technology team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- at least 1 year of experience in a B2C sales role in financial services
- ideally with a Spread Betting/CFD broker
- solid understanding of financial markets
- Spread Betting/CFD industry
