Job Summary
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER for Cutter Aviation responsible for managing client accounts/relationships on a personal and technical level to ensure positive client experiences throughout ownership. Key duties include being primary point of contact for aircraft maintenance events, preparing and providing estimates, representing Cutter Aviation at trade events, sustaining a high-level customer maintenance experience, building professional customer relationships, proactively identifying improvements, maintaining project communications, coordinating work scopes with customers, communicating aircraft issues and solutions, collecting feedback via surveys, and supporting with work orders, invoicing, and post-project closures. Requires strong communication, coordination with General Manager and technicians, and the ability to upsell/cross-sell services (STCs, avionics installations, aircraft upgrades). Candidates should exhibit attention to detail, reliability, problem-solving, multitasking, time management, and professional collaboration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and aviation maintenance software is a plus. Location-based role at Cutter Aviation Denver APA and Cutter Aviation Denver BJC with Phoenix, AZ postings as indicated by scraper hints; standard expectations include early/later hours as workload dictates, occasional weekends, and strong interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates will demonstrate results-oriented, goal-driven performance and the ability to manage customer relationships through maintenance events and service coordination.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A&P license preferred
- Microsoft Office skills - required
- Experience in a Part 145 service center with strong technical communication skills related to maintenance (MX) items preferred
- Corridor, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and aviation maintenance software experience - a plus
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a have clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
