Job Summary
Client Relationship Manager for corporate and experiential events in Mumbai. Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, translating client goals and event requirements into strategic recommendations and comprehensive event solutions. Responsible for end-to-end execution of events, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with budgets. Create proposals, presentations, budgets, timelines, and event plans; collaborate with creative, production, operations, vendors, and stakeholders to guarantee flawless execution. Conduct frequent client meetings and status updates, track profitability, identify growth opportunities (upselling/cross-selling), and manage client concerns with a proactive, solution-focused approach. Requires at least 5 years in client servicing/account management within corporate/experiential events and a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management within corporate or experiential events.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale corporate events, brand activations, conferences, exhibitions, and experiential campaigns.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with event management tools preferred.
