Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary
Lead relationship management for a client portfolio to drive revenue growth and deepen client satisfaction. Serve as primary point of contact across business lines to deliver comprehensive financial solutions, collaborate with Private Banking and Treasury Management to expand high-net-worth client relationships, coach and develop bankers, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act). Drive new business through prospecting, referrals, and community involvement, and back-up tellers or bankers as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business-related major preferred or equivalent of three (3) years successful sales experience preferably in financial services
- Minimum of five (5) years in banking or equivalent education
- Previous experience as Branch Manager, In-Store Branch Manager, Treasury Management Officer, or Private Banker
