Job Summary
Client Relationship Management – Senior Analyst in Abu Dhabi: Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with complex accounts, conduct client research and benchmarking, create risk maps for internal/external use, liaise between internal professionals and business accounts to ensure account satisfaction, and report insights to senior colleagues to support retention. Requires UAE National Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance/Insurance/Management, strong Arabic and English communication, proficiency in MS Office, and at least one year of professional experience with a team-oriented, process-driven approach. Marsh emphasizes hybrid work with in-office collaboration at least three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- UAE National Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Management, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- Client-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- At least one year of professional experience
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established procedures
