Job Summary
Established UK construction consultancy seeks a proactive Client Relationship Executive to strengthen engagement with existing clients, drive repeat business, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. You will be the trusted point of contact, manage inbound inquiries, re-engage inactive clients, maintain CRM records, collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and contribute to client retention and business growth. The role emphasizes relationship-building, long-term client value, and ownership of client experience, with responsibilities including conducting client meetings via telephone and Microsoft Teams, and identifying opportunities across service offerings. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, client-centric, and capable of independent, proactive relationship management across multiple clients. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in account management, client services, customer success, sales, or a related role

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
