Job Summary
Serve as client relationship coordinator for a limited number of clients, driving important touchpoints of engagement throughout each client's journey. Ensure all minimum standards of care are achieved across assigned relationships by executing client engagement plans, maintaining meeting schedules, and managing proactive outreach to advisors, trust officers, portfolio managers, and financial planners. Assist with advice team preparation and follow-up activities, while maintaining and updating Salesforce CRM for all client activities and events. Manage client event requests and planning, ensuring a positive service experience that exceeds expectations. Maintain adherence to corporate, operational, and regulatory guidance. Support resource to other coordinators on the team. Bachelor's degree required; experience in Financial Services preferred. Office-centric role with various private wealth locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience that provides and equivalent background
- Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills

- Able to balance a client experience mindset when managing and controlling business risks
