Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants engage customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, building relationships and providing counsel on banking needs. They assess customers' goals, educate on deposits and loans, open accounts, submit credit applications, and promote digital products and self-service tools. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, understanding client needs, and delivering accurate, compliant service within a digital-first banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to obtain and maintain background and credit checks as required
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and other languages encouraged to apply
- Experience with digital products and self-service technologies
- Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services
- Ability to develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members
