Job Summary
As the welcoming face of our branch, you’ll build trusted relationships with clients while supporting a wide range of banking activities. You’ll process routine financial transactions, open and maintain accounts, and resolve issues to ensure a positive client experience. You’ll identify opportunities to expand relationships by recommending banking products and services, support lending processes, and refer clients to partners across Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Investment Services. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a basic understanding of retail banking products are essential in this role.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
- Entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales roles with established goals (Required)
- An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
