Job Summary
Build relationships with customers by meeting face-to-face and engaging them when they need to provide the best possible counsel. Assess and attend to customers' banking needs, obtain and process account information, and educate clients on available deposit and loan products. Originiate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and manage branch operations while recommending financial solutions based on each customer's unique goals. This role requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check. Salary ranges from $21.68 to $26.50 depending on level, with benefits including healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to four years of customer service experience
- Three to four years of sales experience
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies

- Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions
