Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultant who builds and maintains customer relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels at U.S. Bank. Responsibilities include identifying customers’ banking needs, educating clients on deposit and loan products, opening accounts, processing basic transactions, and leveraging digital products and self-service tools to enhance the client experience. Strong emphasis on proactive outreach, engaging clients to assess goals, and collaborating with branch teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and a seamless digital-first banking experience with adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Criminal background and credit check as part of the process
- Ability to obtain and maintain required background checks and registrations
