Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide the best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset. They identify customer needs, open new consumer and business accounts, process basic transactions, and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services. The role involves proactive outreach and follow-up, collaboration with branch team members, and leveraging digital self-service tools to enhance the client experience, with adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements (NMLS, Reg Z).
