Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through in-person, by-appointment, and virtual engagement to provide tailored financial counsel, educate clients on bank products and services, open accounts, process transactions, and proactively follow up to identify customers' financial needs using a digital-first mindset; requires knowledge of retail banking products, commitment to customer service, and ability to leverage digital tools and collaborate with branch teammates. The role includes educating clients on digital self-service options, maintaining regulatory requirements (NMLS/S.E.F.E. Act/Reg Z), and delivering an optimal client experience across banking channels.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- background and credit check requirements
- ability to open new consumer and business accounts
- proficiency with digital banking products and self-service technologies
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
