Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultant 3 at U.S. Bank builds and maintains relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions to advise on banking needs, open consumer and business accounts, process basic transactions, and promote digital/self-service products. The role requires thorough knowledge of retail banking products, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, experience with sales campaigns, and the ability to assess a client’s financial needs while leveraging a digital-first mindset. Licensing and background checks are part of the process (NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and related background/credit checks). Required Qualifications
