Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel, assess banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and open accounts. Responsibilities include proactive outreach and follow-up, recommending solutions based on customers' goals, and promoting digital self-service tools while maintaining knowledge of retail banking products and services. The role requires staying compliant with NMLS/Safe Act regulatory requirements, conducting background and credit checks, and delivering excellent customer service with a digital-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z
