Job Summary
Meet face-to-face with customers to assess banking needs, obtain account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. Originiate and close consumer loans, open new accounts, and manage branch operations while recommending financial solutions tailored to individual goals. This role requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check. Candidates must maintain satisfactory records to avoid rescission of offer or termination. Pay range is $25.49 - $31.15.
Required Qualifications
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four to five years of customer service experience
- Four to five years of sales experience
- Bilingual Spanish and English

- Advanced knowledge of all retail products and services
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions

- Experience in the financial services industry
- Previous supervisory experience
