Job Summary
Greet clients in-person, by appointment, or virtually to assess banking needs, process transactions, and open new consumer and business accounts. Engage customers through proactive outreach to recommend deposit and loan products, while educating them on digital self-service technologies. Maintain operational excellence by completing service requests, submitting credit applications, and fostering partnerships with branch team members. This role requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check. Located in Maywood, CA, this position offers a salary range of $27.22 - $33.26.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies

- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems

- Experience in the financial services industry
