Job Summary
Greet clients in-person, by appointment, or virtually to assess banking needs, process transactions, and recommend deposit and loan solutions. Build and foster relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up, and digital-first education on self-service technologies. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with branch team members to ensure operational excellence and optimize the client experience across all channels. Requires five days per week at the Gresham, OR location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
- Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location five (5) days per week

- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
- Ability to explore and identify a customer's true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset
- Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactively
- Experience in the financial services industry
