Job Summary
Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach, follow-up, and in-person or virtual engagement to provide counsel on banking needs. Greet clients, process basic transactions, open new accounts, and submit credit applications while demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies. Identify solutions for new and existing clients by assessing unique goals, recommending deposit and loan products, and educating customers on emerging digital services. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products to optimize the client experience with operational excellence and accuracy. Requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies

- Ability to explore and identify a customer's true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset
- Demonstrated advanced level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactively
- Experience in the financial services industry
