Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) - Tatum & Cactus - Phoenix, AZ

Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual engagement to provide banking counsel. They educate clients on deposit and loan products, open consumer and business accounts, process service requests and credit applications, and proactively educate clients on digital/self-service products. They develop collaborative partnerships with branch teams, leverage resources to optimize the client experience, and use a digital-first mindset to identify and fulfill customers’ financial needs while maintaining knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
