Job Summary
Greet clients in-person, by appointment, or virtually to provide counsel on banking needs, deposit and loan products, and digital self-service tools. Process transactions, open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while educating clients on emerging technologies. Build and foster relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up, identifying solutions for existing and new clients based on their unique goals. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and branch policies to deliver an optimal client experience with operational excellence. This role requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Satisfactory criminal and credit record

- Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactively
- Experience in the financial services industry
