Job Summary
Build relationships with clients to assess banking needs, open consumer and business accounts, process basic transactions, and educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital/self-service options. Proactively engage with clients through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels; collaborate with branch teammates to deliver an optimal client experience; identify solutions based on each client’s goals and provide recommendations that meet needs while leveraging a digital-first mindset. Requires NMLS registration and successful completion of associated background and credit checks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; background and credit checks
