Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultant 2 builds relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide the best possible counsel while leveraging a digital first mindset. Responsibilities include assessing customers’ banking needs, educating them on deposit and loan products and services, proactive outreach and follow-up, identifying solutions for new and existing clients, collaborating with branch teammates, opening new consumer and business accounts, processing service requests, submitting credit applications, and promoting digital/self-service products. Requires knowledge of consumer and business banking products, adherence to policies, and completion of NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act requirements with criminal and credit checks. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English; prior retail banking experience and strong customer service/interpersonal skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has 3-4 years of job-related retail banking experience
- Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak business-level Spanish and English
