Job Summary
Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, engaging them via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide the best possible counsel. Assess and attend to customers' banking needs by obtaining account information, demonstrating available deposit and loan products, and recommending solutions based on unique goals. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products to open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while leveraging digital-first mindsets. This 30-hour role at U.S. Bank in San Marino requires NMLS registration and bilingual Mandarin and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Bilingual Mandarin and English
