Job Summary
Greet clients in person, by appointment, or virtually to assess banking needs, process transactions, and recommend deposit and loan solutions based on individual goals. Build and foster relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up, and educating clients on emerging digital products and self-service technologies. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while maintaining a digital-first mindset. Requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check. Full-time role at a U.S. Bank location in Roseville, CA, with a pay range of $23.19 - $28.35.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies

- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems

- Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactively
