Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking guidance, assess customers’ financial needs, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. Responsibilities include identifying solutions for new and existing clients, proactive outreach and follow-up, opening consumer and business accounts, processing service requests, and encouraging adoption of digital self-service tools. Requires knowledge of consumer and business banking products, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively communicate; NMLS registration is required and there is a criminal background and credit check as part of the process. Collaborates with branch teams to deliver an optimal client experience and supports digital-first banking experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training
