Job Summary
Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess and attend to customers' banking needs by obtaining account information, demonstrating deposit and loan products, and recommending solutions based on unique goals. Provide a consistent optimal client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, and opening new consumer and business accounts. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital services, while leveraging available technologies to optimize the client experience. This part-time role (19 hours, no set schedule) in Ripon, WI, requires NMLS registration and a high school diploma with three to four years of retail banking experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
