Job Summary
Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, identifying banking needs and delivering personalized recommendations. Educates clients on consumer and business deposit and loan products, assists with opening accounts and processing service requests, demonstrates digital self-service tools, and collaborates with branch team to optimize the client experience. Requires knowledge of bank policies, compliance requirements (NMLS, Reg Z), and ability to assess needs and propose solutions; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Sign-on bonus of $1,500 is included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z
- Background and credit check
