Job Summary

Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, greeting them in-person, by appointment, or virtually to provide counsel on banking needs. Assess customers' financial goals, obtain account information, and process transactions while demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications based on each client's unique needs. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital services, to recommend optimal solutions. This role requires National Mortgage Licensing System registration, a criminal background check, and a satisfactory credit record. Full-time, five days per week at a U.S. Bank location in Proctor, WA.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
  • Ability to explore and identify a customer's true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset
  • Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactively
  • Experience in the financial services industry
