Job Summary
Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, engaging them via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide the best possible counsel. Assess and attend to customers' banking needs by obtaining account information, demonstrating available deposit and loan products, and recommending solutions based on unique goals. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products to open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while leveraging digital products and self-service technologies. Provide a consistent optimal client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, and educating them on emerging digital services to assist with financial needs. This role requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Satisfactory criminal and credit record
