Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions to provide informed banking counsel. They assess customers’ needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products and services, open new consumer and business accounts, and guide customers through digital products and self-service technologies while collaborating with branch teams to deliver an optimal client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically 3-4 years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training
- Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services
- Ability to build and foster relationships with clients
- Proficiency in digital and self-service banking tools
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Compliance with background checks and regulatory requirements (NMLS/S.E.F.E. Act where applicable)
- Ability to work across multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, virtual)
