Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide informed banking guidance. Responsibilities include assessing customers’ banking needs, educating clients on deposit and loan products, processing basic transactions, opening new consumer and business accounts, submitting credit applications, and proactively engaging clients to identify solutions using a digital-first mindset. This role emphasizes building collaborative partnerships with branch teams, leveraging digital self-service tools, and delivering an optimal client experience while adhering to applicable bank policies and regulatory requirements (NMLS/SAFE Act compliance and Regulation Z).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
