Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultant builds relationships with customers via in-person, appointment-based, and virtual channels to provide tailored banking guidance. Responsibilities include assessing customers’ banking needs, educating clients on deposit and loan products and services, opening new consumer/business accounts, processing basic transactions, and promoting self-service and digital products. The role requires proactive outreach, collaboration with branch teams, and the ability to identify solutions based on each client’s goals. The position involves knowledge of consumer and business banking products, delivery of an optimal client experience, and adherence to policies and procedures. The job requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z, and applicants will undergo criminal background and credit checks. E-Verify may be used in applicable facilities. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
