Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual engagement to provide tailored banking counsel. They assess customers’ needs, obtain and process information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products and services. They proactively outreach and follow up to understand customers’ financial needs, collaborate with branch teams, open consumer and business accounts, submit credit applications, and promote digital/self-service products to enhance the client experience. The role requires knowledge of consumer and business banking products, adherence to branch policies, and the ability to recommend solutions aligned with customers’ goals, while maintaining a digital-first approach to service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- NMLS registration under the SAFÉ Act of 2008 and Regulation Z (required)
