Job Summary
Greet clients in-person, by appointment, or virtually to provide counsel on banking needs while processing transactions and opening new consumer and business accounts. Assess customer requirements, obtain account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions based on individual goals. Proactively educate clients on digital products and self-service technologies to optimize the client experience. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and collaborate with branch team members to serve clients with operational excellence. Requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Satisfactory criminal and credit record

- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems

- Ability to explore and identify a customer's true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset
- Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactively
- Experience in the financial services industry
