Job Summary
Greet clients and process basic transactions while building trust through in-person, appointment, and virtual engagements. Adapt a digital-first mindset to educate customers on self-service technologies and recommend deposit and loan products based on unique financial goals. Proactively identify needs by asking questions, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications to optimize the client experience. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, fostering collaborative partnerships with branch teams to deliver operational excellence. Requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check. Salary range $20.25 - $24.75.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies

- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems

- Ability to explore and identify a customer's true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset
- Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactively
- Experience in the financial services industry
