Job Summary
Greet clients in-person, by appointment, or virtually to provide counsel on deposit and loan products while processing transactions and opening new accounts. Assess banking needs through proactive outreach and follow-up, recommending solutions based on unique goals and demonstrating digital self-service technologies. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking services to optimize the client experience with operational excellence and accuracy. Requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, plus three to four years of retail banking experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Satisfactory criminal and credit record
