Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions to provide banking guidance, educate on deposit and loan products, open new consumer and business accounts, and proactively engage clients to identify and address financial needs using a digital-first mindset. They collaborate with branch teams, leverage digital self-service tools, and deliver an optimal client experience across channels while ensuring accurate processing of basic transactions and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- NMLS registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Criminal background and credit check required for license/registration where applicable
