Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide tailored banking guidance. Responsibilities include assessing customers’ banking needs, educating clients on deposit and loan products, opening new accounts, processing service requests, and promoting digital self-service tools. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, collaboration with branch teammates, and delivering an excellent client experience while maintaining knowledge of bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to engage and communicate with clients
- Experience with digital products and self-service technologies
- Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services
- Ability to open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests
