Job Summary
Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, engaging them via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess and attend to customers' banking needs by obtaining account information, demonstrating available deposit and loan products, and recommending solutions based on unique goals. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products to open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while providing a consistent optimal client experience. Proactively educate clients on emerging self-service digital products to assist with financial needs and leverage technologies to optimize the client experience. Requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies

- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems

- Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactively
- Experience in the financial services industry
