Job Summary
Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, engaging them via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customers' banking needs, obtain and process account information, and demonstrate available deposit and loan products. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while maintaining a digital-first mindset. Proactively educate clients on emerging self-service digital products and leverage technologies to optimize the client experience. Requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, with a criminal background and credit check. Full-time role at a U.S. Bank location with a salary range of $23.19 - $28.35.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
