Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) - Englewood King Soopers (20 hrs)

Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with clients via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, opening and supporting accounts, processing basic transactions, educating clients on digital/self-service products, and collaborating with branch teams to deliver an optimal client experience. Must maintain NMLS registration per SAFÉ Act and Reg Z. Requires knowledge of consumer and business banking products, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and ability to recommend solutions based on client goals.
