Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultant 2 builds relationships with customers through in-person, appointment-based, and virtual engagement, providing counsel and education on deposit and loan products, identifying clients’ financial needs, and proactively educating on digital products and self-service options. The role involves greeting clients, processing basic transactions, opening new accounts, submitting credit applications, collaborating with branch teams, and leveraging resources to deliver an exceptional, digital-first client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z
- Background and credit check
- Ability to open new consumer and business accounts
- Proactive outreach and client relationship skills
- Experience in customer service and financial services preferred
