Job Summary
Greet clients and process basic transactions while building trust through proactive outreach and follow-up. Engage customers in-person, by appointment, and virtually to assess banking needs, obtain account information, and demonstrate digital products and self-service technologies. Recommend deposit and loan solutions based on unique goals, open new consumer and business accounts, and submit credit applications. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products to optimize the client experience with operational excellence. Requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including criminal background and credit checks. Pay Range: $24.92 - 30.46.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies

- Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactively
- Experience in the financial services industry
