Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual engagement, providing banking guidance and education on deposit and loan products; open new accounts, process basic transactions, and educate clients on digital self-service tools while leveraging a digital-first approach and collaborating with branch teams. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, identifying customer needs, and delivering appropriate financial solutions, with knowledge of consumer and business banking products and applicable policies; includes required NMLS registration and background/credit checks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to four years of customer service experience
- Three to four years of sales experience
- NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Criminal background and credit check
- Ability to obtain and maintain required registrations and clearances as applicable
